This means that when you order from Inthetreetop.com using a secure browser, the personal data you send us (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by our credit card processor. This ensures that absolutely no unauthorized person can view the personal information you provide when placing an order through our site.
To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window during the ordering process. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with In The Treetop. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange an item in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. However, we can refund the shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Special order items are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
If you wish to return an item, please use the Merchandise Return Form found on your invoice(or print a copy). This will help give you quick and proper handling of the item being returned. Place either this form or a copy inside the package. Seal carefully and return to our Returns Department. Make sure your name and address appears on the outside of the package. (A label is included for your convenience.) Packages must be returned prepaid: we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will refund purchase price to your credit card upon receiving your return. To exchange an item please use return code 10 on Merchandise Return Form. |
